Many aspira
tions of the chemical can be realized in a few years. From best rocket engines to revolutionary scientific discoveries and manned trips to Mars is the promise of space exploration in this new century. A revolutionary engine that can advance astronautical technology is the engine Scramjet, capable of reaching speeds up to 15 hypersonic times the speed of sound. Scramjet engine has no moving parts, and get the compression needed for combustion of the air entering through the front, driven by the vehicle’s own speed. The NASA successfully tested an engine of this kind in 2004. The rocket, called the X-43A was carried to an altitude of 12,000 m by a plane B-52, and released at the end of a Pegasus rocket at an altitude of 33,000 m. reached the record speed of 11,000 km / h. The recent discoveries of planets outside our Solar System are raising the possibility of the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Another possibility would be to use the moon as a base for launching rockets to the outer planets of the Earth, and beyond, outside the solar system. At present the furthest space probe mankind has constructed and launched from Earth is Voyager 1 which has only just reached the edge of our Solar System taking over 20 years to get there.
